Stretch Pose

1.Lie on the back with the feet together arms extended         and the hands by the sides. 

 

2.Flatten the lower back into the ground. If it sleeps,              bring the knees to the chest.

 

3.Apply root lock and lift the arms, feets 15cm/6inches          off the floor and chin to chest applying neck lock.

 

4.Hold the hands by the sides with the palms facing               whatever direction is most comfortable. Force                    forward.

 

5.Look at the toes and begin breath of fire.

        The whole body is stretched.

      

 

Hold the asana as long as you can and use a timer to see the progress happening daily. Don't give up at the start,  20 seconds can be 7 minutes in a month.

No Yoga can take the effect it should when the navel point its weak.

Your nerves and guts must be centered and felt.

Navel Point needs to be strong and directed to opening the heart, connected to your whole spine.
