Bound Lotus Kriya

Learn the technique of this asana and go beyond the mind. We will use Sat Nam Rasayan tecniques to go smoother through it.

Physical and mental flexibility to get over mind attachment will be trained exhaustively.

This kriya is very beloved to me as it brought me a new shield,  new realms of peace and presence. 

​

I would disencourage its practice to people suffering from tinnitus or bladder issues.

​
