Meditation for Emotional Balance

Yogi Bhajan said that If you could do just one meditation, this would be it.
And it´s for a reason a foundation in Kundalini Yoga practice.
If you are starting from zero and need to get updated with the Cosmos, if you need to clean past experiences from your aura, emotions need a balance and your nervous system needs a rewiring, or if your mind is just overactive, this is a meditation, all in one tool. It increases sensitivity, awareness, and activates new areas of brain function. It brings balance to the psyche. Clinical studies have proven the benefits of this meditation.
Vibrating on each fingertip alternates the electrical polarities. The index and ring fingers are electrically negative, relative to the other fingers. This causes a balance in the electromagnetic projection of the aura. Practicing this meditation is both a science and an art.
meditation TIME
​
Ideal time to practice is between 3 and 6 am when the
earth´s electromagnetic field is in best alignement with the sun to clean our biorhythm. However do it any time that works for you! just try to be consistent with the regular practice and the rest will be given.
Lengths of time needed for certain desired effects during meditation.
3 minutes of meditation affects the electromagnetic field, the circulation and stability of the blood.
11 minutes of meditation begins to change the nerves and the glandular system.
22 minutes of meditation balances the three minds (negative, positive and neutral), and they begin to work together.
31 minutes of meditation allows the glands, breath, and concentration to affect all the cells and rhythms of the body. It lets the psyche of the meditation affect the 3 gunas, all 31 tattvas, and all layers of the mind’s projections.
62 minutes of meditation changes the gray matter in the brain. The subconscious “shadow mind” and the outer projection are integrated.
2-1/2 hours of meditation changes the psyche in its co-relation with the surrounding magnetic field so that the subconscious mind is held firmly in the new pattern by surrounding universal mind.
Based on the number of days straight that you practice , here is how it will affect your habits.
40 Days: This will break any negative habits that block you from the expansion possible.
90 Days: This will establish a new habit in your conscious and subconscious minds based on the effect of the kriya mantra or meditation. It will change you in a very deep way.
120 Days: This will confirm the new habit of consciousness created by the kriya, mantra or meditation. The positive benefits of it get integrated permanently into your psyche.
1000 Days: This will allow you to master the new habit of consciousness that the kriya, mantra or meditation has promised. No matter what the challenge, you can call on this new habit to serve you.

Posture Sit with spine straight in Easy Pose or Lotus
Eyes Meditate at the Brow Point . Advanced version will visualize a specific movement of each phonem descending straight to the pineal gland and projecting it, forming a 90 degree angle forward to the infinite . It will be sinchronized with the chant and mudra
Mantra It uses the 5 primal sounds:"panji shabd" SA TA NA MA
SAA: Infinity, cosmos, beginning
TAA: Life, existence
NAA: Death, change, transformation
MAA: Rebirth
Each repetition of the entire mantra takes 3 to 4 seconds. This is the cycle of Creation. From the Infinite comes life and individual existence. From life comes death or change. From death comes the rebirth of consciousnes to the joy of the Infinite through which compassion leads back to life.
Mudra the elbows are straight while chanting, and the mudra changes as each fingertip touches in turn the tip of the thumb with firm pressure. The thumb, the ego “seals” the effect of that mudra in the consciousness.

On NAA, the ring (Sun) | Surya Mudra Vitality, energy of ife

The chant is in three languages of consicousness:
Human: normal or LOUD voice (the world)
Lovers: strong WHISPER (longing to belong)
Divine: mentally; SILENT (Infinity)
Time Begin the kriya in a normal voice for 2 minutes; then whisper for 2 minutes; then go deep into the sound, vibrating silently for 4 minutes. Then come back to a whisper for 2 minutes, then aloud for 2 minutes. The duration of the meditation may vary, as long as the proportion of loud, whisper, silent, whisper, loud is maintained.
To End This sequence will take 12 minutes. Follow with one 1 minute of stretching the arms over your head and spreading the fingers wide, shaking them out, circulating the energy, inhaling and exhaling, 3 times. Relax.
With the practice increase the timing to 31 minutes and add visualization as described in the video.
