This one weekend is designed to give you a soft intensive impulse towards your best driver. We will let shiver the surface to sink in the stillness.

You will be able to adjust your nervous system from earlier chemical or emotional damage, support your neutral mind, and move obsolete weight in your subconscius, tunning to your core.

You will be guided through selected tools from Yogi Bhajan´s Kundalini Yoga and Meditation, Vedic Mental and Physical PurificationTechniques, TMR, and Cognitive behavioral Therapy, directed smoothly for natural trauma release.

It would be advisable a day off after the weekend to let sink down the experience.
